Cash Management Support Specialist:

Position Summary: The Cash Management Support Specialist is responsible for all cash management product implementations for small/large commercial customers including, but not limited to fraud solutions (example, Positive Pay) and customer access solutions (example, Wire Exchange, Remote Deposit Capture, and Merchant Capture). The Cash Management Support Specialist will partner with internal business leaders and a project team to facilitate end to end oversight and delivery of consumer and small business products including operational support needs.  The Cash Management Support Specialist must ensure that all new products launched are successfully implemented while following Carver's Compliance guidelines. 
Specific Duties:
 
  • Partner with internal business leaders and a project team to develop “Go-to-Market” plans which includes identifying and implementing training and communication plans.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings as needed to gather data and review necessary information to complete initiatives.
  • Participate in software upgrades for new products, including composing test plans and test scripts and implementation of new releases.
  • Act as customer liaison regarding customer implementation of products. Provide pro-active customer service and problem resolution with internal partners.
  • Ensure all clients output is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Ensure daily deadlines for new products (examples, Positive Pay and Wire Exchange, Remote Deposit Capture, Merchant Capture items) are reviewed and exceptions corrected in a timely manner.
  • Review and manage daily reconciliation general reports specific to new cash management products.
  • Provide reporting to senior management on client acquisition of new products.  
Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years product and project experience with a minimum of 3 years experience in banking/financial industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of Project/Product Management.
  • A proven track record in delivering projects on time.
  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
  • Advance proficiency in Fiserv (vendor) systems and new product processes.
