Position Summary:
Supports the development and execution of a company's strategic initiatives by producing insights from researching, problem solving, analyzing data, and collaborating with various teams. They help identify new opportunities, assess trends, and contribute to the creation of business presentations. This role often involves project management, and communication, requiring strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Reporting to the Head of Strategy this role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and communications. As an execution focused, tech and data enabler we expect to drive alignment, accountability, and progress on key initiatives that advance the mission of the bank to deliver equitable, community-centered financial services.
Responsibilities:
• Problem Solving: Applying structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving to address strategic priorities.
• Strategic Support: Providing data-driven recommendations to help leadership improve security program effectiveness, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Project Management: Managing and coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Business Analysis: Collaborating with business units and technical teams to gather requirements, develop user stories, and support system implementations.
• Reporting and Visualization: Developing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and reports to visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
• Research and Data Analysis: Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and financial analysis to identify strategic opportunities and assess market trends.
• Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop solutions, and implement strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Project & Program Management: Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, drive alignment across departments, and ensure timely delivery of strategic priorities.
• Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at crafting executive-level communications, board materials, and thought leadership content.
The ideal candidate must also have the following qualifications:
• Deep commitment to financial equity, community development, and inclusive growth.
• 1–3+ years of experience in consulting, operations, strategic planning, or financial services.
• Exceptional presentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong emotional intelligence, discretion, and the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
