Hybrid Schedule: In Office 4 days a week with 1 day Hybrid
Salary Range: $78,500.00 - $146,000.00 - based on experience.
Position Summary:
The Project Manager will have a vital role in supporting the strategic, operational and administrative priorities of the Office of the CEO. The department functions as a liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, and the Board of Directors. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, the Project Manager will help drive the execution and coordination of bank-wide initiatives, ensuring progress, accountability, and alignment across departments. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project operations, managing communications, and maintaining streamlined workflows to support effective decision-making at the executive level.
Responsibilities:
Project Oversight & Execution
• Coordinate and manage strategic initiatives from planning through completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, dashboards, and status reports.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and accountability to meet deliverables and milestones.
• Prepare high-quality briefings, status updates, and supporting materials for executive and board-level meetings.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track outcomes.
• Maintain documentation, dashboards, and databases related to project tracking and executive initiatives.
Communication & Coordination:
• Serve as a central point of contact across departments to communicate project goals, updates, and changes.
• Draft internal communications, summaries, and reports on behalf of the Office of the CEO.
• Support stakeholder engagement through timely updates, presentations, and coordination of executive input.
• Assist with the design and maintenance of administrative and operational workflows that enable the CEO's office to function efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required, degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or strategic planning, preferably in a financial institution or similarly complex organization or 1-3 years of consulting or investment banking.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and convey complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint). Ideally some use of / willingness to learn project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
Preferred Attributes:
• Familiarity with the structure and governance of community banks or financial institutions.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of an organization.
• High degree of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
